This was created for the manager of publications at the Council for Exceptional Children. The manager was looking for a one-pager that he could display at events that he attended on C.E.C's behalf. Sometimes it gets really busy at these events and he can't talk to everyone or they question that is reserved for other departments. So he had me design a form to explain to people what questions to ask them and to include a QR code to provide eventgoers with a resource after their conversation.
