This postcard was designed for an emerging real estate agent. He had postcards designed before but the 3rd party was looking for someone that would create modern designs. He told me that he was having a hard time catching people's attention with his old postcard design. His old design was too wordy and didn't capture his agency or personality. The first thing I did was to put his recent listings on the front page and icons on the side of the images. I wanted to capture the beauty of his images and made sure to simplify the information with icons.
